We had a wonderful time at our first winemakers dinner and many people have asked that we do it again. Chef Zambito from Zambistro’s agreed and is excited about it and he is creating a new menu for us to enjoy. We will incorporate some of other wines and mix things up a bit to provide a fresh experience. The date is not set yet but it will be shortly after Easter. Come join us for our first winemaker’s dinner, on Friday, January 27th at 6:30 pm. The menu was crafted by Zambistros to pair exceptionally with our wines. We take great pride in crafting food-friendly wines, and we are excited to share with you the opportunity to taste them in what we believe to be their natural home - at the table, with good friends and great food.

Winemaker’s Dinner Menu

*Wedge Salad
Artisan wedge, tomatoes, avocado, sunflower seeds, buttermilk dressing, saga blue cheese
Paired with Chardonnay

*Roasted Tomato Bisque
24 hour roasted roma tomatoes, roasted red peppers, chive oil, soft pretzel croutons
Paired with Riesling

*“Mac & Cheese”
Smoked salmon, radiatore pasta, gouda, spinach, cayenne scented bread crumbs
Paired with Gewurztraminer

*Braised Beef Short Rib
Fork tender short rib, caramelized onion mashed potatoes, truffled spinach, red wine sauce
Paired with Trinity

*Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake
With chocolate sauce and raspberries
Paired with Pinot Noir
